Members of the public that do not class themselves as architects or designers are welcome to purchase any items seen here on our website or to contact us with their own requirements. Our website is an introduction to our company and does not list all the products that we supply, so if you wish to contact us to discuss your requirements or to make a purchase then you can call 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday on 020 8786 9393, fax us on 0208 393 0741 or email at info@exterior-interior.com Please note that we do not have a retail showroom open to visitors. Payment
We accept most major credit and debit cards.
Once your payment has been received we will send you a sales confirmation invoice detailing the products that you have ordered. Please notify us immediately if anything is wrong. If your items are in stock we can arrange for delivery.
Delivery
Delivery times stated are guidelines only and are subject to stock status. Once your goods are in our warehouse we will contact you to arrange delivery by our specialist carrier or our trained delivery and installation team.
Inside M25
In most instances delivery is free on orders of £500.00 and over including VAT. Under £500.00 delivery is dependant on size and weight of goods so please call for further details. Saturday deliveries and an assembly service can be provided in certain areas, please call for details.
Outside M25

Before ordering please ask for dimensions and check that you will be able to take delivery of your items if you live in any hard to access places such as apartments.
All deliveries require a signature upon receipt of goods. Please ensure someone is there to sign for them otherwise goods will be returned and stored, the cost of which we may have to pass to the customer along with any re-delivery costs. Storage and re-delivery charges may also apply if a product on arrival does not fit into the customers house. Before ordering please ask for dimensions and check that you will be able to take delivery. If in doubt please ask.
Returns
Hopefully you will never return a product. However if you find that you have purchased something that is not to your liking then you can do the following:
Standard items that are not 'Special Orders' can be returned if you write to us expressing your wish to return the goods within seven days, starting with the day after you received the goods. They must be unused, in full re-saleable condition and in the original packaging. We will be happy to arrange collection for you once you have contacted us. All returns require a returns number. Once they are in our possession and we have checked that they are in a re-saleable condition we will refund your payment minus any return delivery costs.
Goods classed as 'Special Orders' cannot be returned. Items classed as 'Special Orders' are goods that may be of high value that a manufacturer makes to order, an order that is non standard size, finish, colour etc.
Damaged Items
All our manufacturers take pride in the products that they make and exercise strict quality control. Likewise everybody involved in the delivery of your goods exercises caution to avoid damage in transit. When you receive the goods please inspect them and make note of any damage when you sign for them and contact us immediately. For goods that you are unable to inspect on delivery please note unchecked for damage when you sign for them and again contact us immediately. We cannot accept any damage claims that have not been noted and where we have not been notified within a 2 day period. We will replace a damaged product if it cannot be repaired.
Cancellation
You can cancel your order with us at any time up to the seventh working day from the date you placed your order. To cancel your order you must notify us in writing.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us therefore we do not keep any credit / debit cards records.
Other
We reserve the right to alter any pricing including that which may be displayed on the website from time to time. We reserve the right to discontinue products and all products are subject to availability.
Colours on the screen of each computer vary and whilst we have made every effort to make sure they are as accurate as possible they may not be an exact record of the true colour.

Pricing
Every effort is made to keep pricing as up to date as possible however exterior-interior reserve the right to alter pricing from time to time.
VAT
VAT @ 20% will be added to all products. Any pricing displayed on the website is net of any VAT unless otherwise stated.
Delivery
All delivery times stated are estimates only. exterior-interior accept no liability for failure to deliver within quoted times or any consequential loss to the customer on failure to deliver any item within a certain period, or by a specified date.
Product Warranties
All products are supplied with a minimum manufacturer's warranty of 1 year. Detailed information on each manufacturer's warranties can be provided on request. No warranty claims will be upheld if a product has been damaged in delivery, where the customer has not followed the procedure as specified within 'Damaged Items' and notified exterior-interior within 2 days of receipt of the goods. No warranty claim will be upheld if the customer has not followed any product care instructions supplied by the manufacturer. If the customer is unsure about product care for any item then they should contact exterior-interior in the first instance for guidance.
Complaints
Customer complaints should be expressed to exterior-interior by phone, fax, email or letter. Customer complaints will be responded to within 2 days of receipt.
Privacy
exterior-interior uses Worldpay, www.worldpay.co.uk to handle all customer debit and credit card transactions in a secure manner. No customer debit and credit card details are held by exterior-interior. exterior-interior will not pass on customers contact information to any third parties without written permission.
